Idk why but I’ve been anxious all day,I have nothing in particular to be anxious about but it’s like when you drink too much caffeine,and no i haven’t been drinking any caffeine today

That is totally normal! The key, for me, is to indulge in it, not to resist too much, tell yourself “Okay,this is how I feel now and that is totally okay, I am okay with this”. Repeat that to yourself. Isolate a little from tech devices and try a little breathing exercises. 🤗
