I look too masculine

What’s wrong in that? See instead of trying to achieve something that is hard why not just accept the way you are and live happily? Even I used to hate myself but I am over it now and I feel so happy. We create our own jail inside our mind trying to change to look perfect. But the reality is we are perfect as we are.

That doesn’t help my gender dysphoria

I want to be a girl

Yeah, it’s trans related

And I wanted to look more like a girl to help with that, but my mother would decline.

Then for now find a way to break the news to her. If all this is new to her then it might be hard but finds ways to make it easy for her. Be ready for anything her reaction can be good or even bad.

Why don’t you start with smaller steps. Do things that are in your control. Transitioning will take time. This is a huge change in your life so enjoy it.

Try getting your loved ones on your side as this process will need a lot of love and support. If you are able to get them to support you then you will feel a lot better.

So far my aunt is on board and my sister respects that I came out.
