Take a stop watch and put 10 mins. In these 10 mins dont do anything. Just sit and lv your mind wandering but bring it back to something your wish say a tree you see from your window or anything. After this put 20 mins and study until the clock rings. Repeat this twice or thrice. Might make a difference.

Oh ive tried that. It does work, I get the studying done in the 20 minutes but I can never get back immediately after the break, it usually extends more than it should 😭

There is no break!! who asked you to take one? Study for 3 or 4 such cycles and then you take break.

See mind can’t keep focus for too long. So 20mins. The next 10 mins is not a break. Its just a cool off period. Request you to try this for 4 times I.e for 2 hrs and see result. If good follow otherwise leave.
