I have this rule that whatever i do or say during my periods doesn’t count because hormones have messed up my head then. Lmao ofcourse it’s not an excuse for me to be a bi.tch but things like diet and exercise is something i overlook. You were good for so long with your diet, think of this as a reward

Keto is messed up dude.,
I mean it’s fine doing it for short period of time. But you need some amount of carbs for energy and lifting heavy weights when you completely cut out carbs from your diet all you’ll consume is proteins which is fine and you will lose weight and build muscles but you just won’t feel energetic .
You lost weight cause you were in calorie deficit not cause you were in keto. Calorie deficit = eat less calories than your maintenance calories in a day.
Keto makes you eat proteins and fats restrict carbs , sugar which will make you eat lots of meats and egg which is really less in calories so yeah the only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat aka calorie deficit.
Hey never feel guilty about whatever you do. You did it now its past. You are in your control. remember this instance for future.

Nah. I don’t agree with you. Keto is amazing. No issues with energy super easy to diet. This diet works for me. I’m 39 with a six pack. But thanks for opinion. People who talk about this diet and say this doesn’t work is Bc they can’t do it period.

I was actually consuming 2500 calories on a daily basis. I literally just watched end carb intake.
