I was in relationship with a girl and jt was the best but I made up a fake story of not having parents my father died in army and mom when I was born because my ex had no parents and she got sympathy and I wanted same from my gf… But later she found out truth and ik she knows the truth and won’t ask me and I feel guilt for making this mess… Now we broke up but she was love of my life I really want her and idk wt to do to make her mine

First u broke her trust by telling a lie n make her believe again try to gain her trust again; ask her for a chance if she loves u; if she doesnt forgive u n give u a chance then wait for her to come if her love is true for u😊
Why not communicate what you exactly thought and be transparent. If accepted, it is all yours. If not then you can progress.

I know this is not what you want to hear rn but you have lost her trust and I don’t see anything that can rectify that
