I really don't know what to do, there's one person that fills my emptiness inside me but then he's also the reason why i feel empty inside because he's in a relationship. Idk what to do, do i need to cut ties with him or nah, or just confess my feelings BUT IM AFRAID

Hello everyone,
How you manage this adulting, guys? Living alone, doing chores, finding what to do, and finding accomodation that too in your budget. What you guys do on weekends? I am so tired of thinking what to do but instead of anything I am just on my bed since morning scrolling YouTube. Now I think it's insane, I need to do a lot of things tho, still I don't feel like it instead I just want an escape.

Anger:-

Idk its normal or not but my family says i should supress a little...and that thing is ...anger...
I'm 22 and i don't like someone look down on me , disrespect me ... that's i think is normal but the problem is i don't like it at all even if its a older person than me , if i ever feel like he's trying to demean me or disrespect me then i get really mad .. surely I don't say anything to that person or any elder person,  but after getting mad I'm unable to get normal every time...even sometimes it stay as song as 2 days and then i have to face precurson of it , like after that i get angry on everything..

Overthinking, embarass:-
Now this thing bother me so much bcoz of this I'm not able to go outside.
Recently i realised the cause of my isolation ...i alway , everytime, everywhere feel like "getting watched" i feel like all people are just watched ME and focusing on MY things....like my walk , my face, my hair , how i move.... So i always control myself , like,
 'i should walk like this so my leg should look long , 
'i should not should not look any girl bcs they will think I'm a pervert '
'my hair should look good and if not i started hiding myself and get nervous '
.
And if i ever mess up anything in these things i became so embarrass that i start feeling really sad , i start thinking like everybody is laughing at me and making fun of me and they're just focusing on me, resulten...i isolated myself frm society, i don't wanna go outside or visit anybody or talk to any person....and nowadays i don't like anything even myself..
