I want to stop stalking and obsessing about people (on social media) but i don’t know how. It’s really unhealthy I’m aware of it but i can’t stop.
Any tips?

Hi. Quit social media for a while. Try and set yourself easy goals. Like one social media-free say a week. And celebrate yourself to your fullest potential that day.

Go to trips, treks, on beaches. Those are really relaxing places. If you already have a hobby, practice that. Anything that you love to do even if you’re not good at it. If you don’t have a hobby start finding one. Try dancing, reading novels(self help books), singing, playing instruments etc. Basically just keep yourself busy and let your mind not think of any social media platform for a week. Try it for a week and you’ll love yourself even more!!!

I too faced this problem,then changed my wallpaper to sumthng which says ‘dont stalk’.I know its silly, still atleast it makes me conscious and remind not to do it.
