I want to share with you that I’m someone who often grapples with anxiety. It’s a part of who I am, and I’m working on managing it every day. I believe that being open about our challenges can help break the stigma surrounding mental health and foster understanding and support.
I just want to say you ,you can do it ,you can heal yourself because I am also going through same situation infact I do not have anyone whom I can talk or share I just want to say believe in yourself it’s a journey man
