I want to loose weight but my mom insists me to keep eating all the Ghar ka khaana stuff (which is full of desi ghee and oil)
Can anyone suggest me some tips for losing weight…i can exercise ofc but i would appreciate some tips!
Ps:- i have a date at the end of this month!!

Can’t just give up on oily foods coz of mom! I def will try cardio and walking steps! :)

Take green tea ask your mom to give you chapati without ghee don’t eat rice in night and stay hydrated. Hope this helps and love yourself just the way you are ❤️❤️

First of all you have to be strict and strong in your decisions. None can feed you without your will:) . And more important than food is exercise. I think you can loose wt by simply running for 15 min a day for 15 days. If achieve progress,continue this. And dont be too focused about food. Sometimes you can have ur fav desi ghee dishes. But can also try salads… and no need to reduce diet. Regular exercise would do.REGULAR.
