My tip from a therapist: Relax your stomach. Practice doing it while breathing and counting. When you’re angry your core is tensed. When you’re focusing on relaxing your stomach (it’s hard to do actually lol) you take away the body’s reaction to emotion. What he told me β€œyou can’t be angry if you’re relaxed”. Thought he was a moron initially lol. But it helped 🀷
