My tip from a therapist: Relax your stomach. Practice doing it while breathing and counting. When youβre angry your core is tensed. When youβre focusing on relaxing your stomach (itβs hard to do actually lol) you take away the bodyβs reaction to emotion. What he told me βyou canβt be angry if youβre relaxedβ. Thought he was a moron initially lol. But it helped π€·
