I want to die soo bad. I don’t know why or how but I’ve lost all hope and the anxiety that consumes me is enormous. I cannot handle this anymore
Hey, Listen there, please don’t. Stop & think for a second, Is this a solution of your problem??? NO, not at all. See, My English is not so well but I couldn’t stop myself after seeing your post. I don’t know, you will see my post or not but I just wanna say that It’s easy to end life but hard to fight back with your problems or inner conflicts. I have also experienced this kind of phases many times in my lifetime so I can understand your situation. Don’t act like a loser, I know you are a fighter, we all are. Be brave dear. Life is a beautiful gift, please please don’t lose it. There is always a way of our problems. you can get out of this phase. I think you need a person who can listen to your inner conflicts and thoughts. you can share it with your close ones/ can write in a diary/ or with me. I’m always here to listen to you.
…Go to a hospital. Just straight up tell them you want to die and let them look after you from there. Go to a family or friends place and tell them what is going on, make sure they are with you almost all the time. I know you feel like you want to die, but maybe you just want to kill the pain. But death doesn’t kill the pain it just transfers it to many other people. Hold on there babe. If you need to talk to someone, I’m here for you and I know how it feels having several attempts myself and being in recovery. I’m here for you, and you have so much more to live for than you know. Have you ever swam in a waterfall? Danced on stage? Ate your favourite food at the right time? Maybe somehow I can help you. I hope I can. just hold on
