I want to be sober, I had relapsed on alcohol can someone give me their journey and helpful to stay sober, tips on why alcohol isn’t good for you and how much better you feel after reaching sobriety

I’ll tell you scenarios…when you drink all the garbage boiling in your mind calms down as you go numb… it’s a feeling of peace.
Second when you don’t drink you will have to face your issues that is hard obviously but slowly slowly you will achieve clarity and that is the more peaceful than the alcohol one…work on that…motivate urself for that.

One thing is workout, whenever you want to drink, do 10 push-up or whatever u are good at doing instantly
