I want to ask everyone here something. A question I am wondering about.
" Is respect given??"
            OR
" Is respect earned "

Umm well that depends, trust is a feeling you get when you feel safe with someone. Respect isn't really a feeling but an ethical value. If we are talking about that kind of respect and not the one you get when you admire someone so  of course. Since I don't really know where is that question directed.

Well everyone should be respected to a certain extent, regardless of who they are, what they have done to you(even if someone has wronged you should still give them basic respect) or their life state. However, there's another type of respect, which is the one you hold for people you admire and are proud of those that'll make you say "wow you really did that I respect you, "you have all my respect"

After going through days and nights of overthinking , trying to look okay i enter into this stage of self evaluation which i guess is very important for a person like me . It helps me keep my emotions in check and make me understand what led to that moment so i can eother work on it or move on from it , and this for me is a practice of self love which i abide by no matter what.

How does it feel to never be respected?! You'd feel like me.

Self love is so important. I feel so proud that after a lot of efforts I have started loving myself so much and it's a blessing. I hope everyone loves them and so things for their happiness.

Iam a working proffesional And when I  told this guy X that I love them, his immediate Question was "are you not happy with yourself? ". When you love someone does that mean you don't love yourself enough?

Mental Wellbeing

Is it just me or someone relates to this. 

Self-love is important...But is it possible when one is constantly at home, with no one to connect to, making sure you fake a smile and do things so that your parents wont know whats inside you.
Is it possible when you dont even have one friend to talk to through out the day, when.not just this pendamic but even before that you hardly used to go out.
Is it possible when you are constantly alone yet you survive by doing things you love to do but at one point you do feel that pain of having no one around.
Is it possible when you have wish list to do things you always wanted to do, you want to travel, go bowling, learn driving/swimming but you can't because of either restrictions of some self-esteem issue. 
Is it possible to always hear, oh! You just need to learn self-love when all you actually had all your life is self-love and now you are tired of it. You need someone, you need that tight hug, that forehead kisses, that someone with whom you could just do anything stupid, share things and finally feel you are wanted, you are loved... 

Please dont come and tell me all about self-love again and learning to live alone... I HAVE HEARED THAT A LOT, I HAVE DONE THAT ALMOST ALL MY LIFE.
