I need to vent out on something weird plz don't think I'm a creep. But I cannot ask this to people around me
We have commodes in bathroom. I don't know if anybody faces this.The water literally splashes onto the butt and it feels so weird. Its the damn poop water.. Even when we're peeing, the water sprints. How can people still feel so comfortable with it? 😓

feeling and healing are two sides of the same coin. You can not heal without feeling your emotions and feeling everything is necessary to move on and get through tough situations. Of course i learnt this lessn the hard way as well and it did not just randomly pop up in my head. I was going through a break up about 6 months ago. I was angyr, irritable and just feeling shitty overall. It is then that i realised that feeling and healing happen together and are important for the entire process. The only reason that i could heal through all the discomfort was because i felt and i felt deeply. i let all the emotions get to me and it is only because of it that i could get through all the pain that i was feeling. Feeling and healing can never be two different things that work in isolation, they always happen in tandem and should be taken together. You will never ever move on if you do not allow your feelings to get to you completely. You need to embrace all the feelings and only then can you actually heal and be joyous and happy and just be in love with yourself. The day when you suddenly get up and do not be worries or pained by the past has to be one of the best feelings that one can ever feel. I wish everyone who is struggling, all the best, just keep feeling and healing through it all :)))
