I want a break but then my mind wants to works like it’s a feeling of desperation to do something and start earning but then I want break as well I feel empty sad my heart feel cold and there’s this need I feel to improve myself and I don’t want to do anything this cycle continues, sigh…
maybe work while you do something fun? Like I’m too tired to concentrate, so instead of doing nothing i watch TV while i highlight my school notes. Maybe that could help??
