That makes sense and is very much a valid point as well.

People who have your interests in their heart will only do right by you whereas people who don't have no such obligation and find it easy to use others for their selfish purposes. That's the sad reality of life.

Where there is love, people find ways to express it but where there isn't, people start making excuses.

It frustrating to me how people often group together introverted, different people together with no knowledge of there internal worlds, values, personalities etc and just base them on the fact that they dont talk much. A month ago I mentioned that I've had denounced my grandma for touching me and they did a pregnancy test with me (at the hospital) and of course it was negative. So now I found out that my mom is telling everyone that I did all of that so that I can stay at my dad's but yeah I kind of need peace but she's also telling everyone that I did it to have some freedom so that I can fornicate with my bf (which I don't have) and this is the most heartbreaking thing ever, my own mom is telling everyone that I'm a slut and eventually everyone is calling me a slut and telling me to stop being a teenager in crisis. I remained quiet while sobbing while my mom was telling that to everyone on the phone and hearing them telling her that I'm just a slut and that she has to stop me from going to my dad's. All I wanted was to be able to heal, I wanted to be in peace, I wanted her to understand my point of view, my pain.

Now&Me Feedback

I had this sudden realisation last night that other than my parents, i don't have anyone whom I am comfortable enough to talk to when I feel extremely shitty and like the worst person on earth! I can usually talk about mental health quite easily when i am feeling stable but last night just getting those words out of my mouth and telling my very supportive friends about how lonely I feel at times I ended up crying my eyes out! I don't even know what to do with this piece of information!

Confusion

Having one of those restless nights again. Need someone to hold me and remind me to breathe. I'm having a hard time. I'm screaming from inside but very much calm on the outside. Tho my hands feel weak and feel like I'm shaking with fear. Trying to sleep but cannot. Disturbed alott. Don't wanna go back to that dark place. Idk what to do. I need someone to hold me rn.
