I wanna know one thing why does that happen that when u r most down on mental health then u go to travel abroad then suddenly all these problems just disappear for those moments. You are just happy u no longer get that overthinking or hurt the moment u get to the airport? But when u r living a normal life this same problems seem to matter a lot. And nothing else works what if we cannot afford travelling at that moment? Then what can we do about it? Will we just stay in depression like this? Why is there no excitement to live a normal life everyday?
That’s because you are thinking of external situation as answers to enjoyment or living better. Hopefully you will get your answers yourself

on what basis are you saying this thing ?
On basis of bad times. Sometimes we r so stressed that we cannot enjoy life we almost give up and suffer alot but when we travel most of our problems seem to not bother as much that importance of it is reduced. Also there r situations like for example there is a death in house or someone is sick or u have a lot of career and relationship problems or it can be combination of all of them during that time u cannot find the will to live at all except u do somthing u enjoy the most. In my case thats travelling which u cannot afford all the time.

You can still travel within the country like there are many beautiful places to visit if budgets a constraint then.
Its not about country its about restrictions i have been inposed by my family
