I wanna become thin! get abs! and become beautiful! I look like piece of shit and I wanna look beautiful! how can I become beautiful! I wanna become thin but cant really excercise…and I’m not sure abut calories one I don’t eat to much but I do eat but my parents dont accept anything I say! idk why so any tips to become thin without excercise?? and become beautiful??
you can be beautiful in your own way, show them ur imperfections, someone will appreciate u the way you look like. be thankful for who you are, u have things that they can’t have. they live for a man or money but you live for ur life, hon.

Do exercise and follow a good diet. Most importantly stick to it and be consistent. Nothing else is gonna help tbvh.
yeah but I can’t really stick to one cuz I get unplanned schedule that’s the problem I have started doing workout routine and proper diet but the time I do workout routine I had some other work and had to stop doing it and I started very bad eating habits and become fat that’s y I don’t want a workout routine cuz it ll increase my weight very quickly
