anyone just suddenly lose interest in things u genuinely like?

Depression

Its like when i make one mistake they all treats like it affected the whole world but when they make , 'its okey everyone can make mistakes.'I hate it. Im so tired 

Stress

I feel scared 

Second worst mistake is that you put me second for the stupid voices inside your head.

You ever lost interest because you felt unwanted ?

Since the last one month I have lost interest in everything about my job, exercise and talking to people. I used to enjoy all of those things a lot but not anymore. I don't know what to do and get back to normal 🥺

Do you ever get scared that you are good at something and you are known for it, but something might occur which will fall apart and you will not be good at it anymore 
I get so anxious thinking about it

and then i realized that to be more alive

i had to be less afraid

SO i did it 

i lost my fear 
and gained 
my whole life
