Try the 5 second rule whenever you sense resistance to study.

Make a starting ritual before studying. Take a quick bath before studying and use a pomodoro timer to study. Time block on calendar when you want to study. Start slow and study in small amounts.

When studying or focussing seems hard ask yourself this one question β€” If this were easy, what would it look like?

What do you think is the block behind you not being able to focus? Aren’t you inspired enough?

You have to find what works for you. Finding what inspires you is your business. Try lots of things if you have to.

Go down your memory lane into the past. The things that excited you when you were a child is where your interests lie in. You are blessed with the information around that early age.

You have to rediscover that again. And if it seems hard to do so, that is imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs talking.
