I told my husband about my ex just after we started speaking around engagement before marriage. It's been 7 years and still he, almost every month taunts about that whenever we fight. I feel more cheated now than ever. Is this the price of telling truth ? It's almost unbearable 😐

Happened is happened now nothing can be changed but u shouldn't have told anything that doesn't mean u cheating... Its good for your relationship.. Don't worry just ignore when he says it or tell him don't talk about that topic

Anxiety

The dreary feeling of emptiness and a sense of incompleteness inside us... It's really hard to work myself out of it. Like, always thinking that I'm not good enough or I don't deserve good things;
All those pessimistic and negative thoughts, are just too hard to deal with. Yes. People help us. There are some wonderful people who could relate to our problems and help us. But sometimes i feel it's too much to ask from them, be it friends or family. 

I wish I was left alone for sometime so that I could get some perspective and accept my true self. 

Self Esteem

I broke up with my bestfriend today. We both are in different classes and maybe we both cant keep up with the distnace. 

3am Thoughts

I am not feeling good. It feels like I am Falling apart. Seems Like i Am alone I am not able to decide anything not able to focus . Feeling Uneasy and Mind Has gone blank.

Life

My mom is so insensitive. I am going through PTSD, anxiety, depression since alot of time and she just said be so plainly, insensitively that'der saal de khud ka jeena haram karke rakha hai khudka bhi, humara bhi". 😭😭 As if I'm doing it voluntarily it having fun or not trying to get out of it 
Where as I know how desperately Ive been trying to get out of it.  
The PTSD being of abuse by her n my dad, and big time enmeshment and gaslighting by them .

It's heights how she spoke about my reactions, human ness and not her action.
It's been a while since I'm taking therapy, and trying my best to get over stuff through spiritual means too.. but she said 'you are not making any efforts'..just bcoz I felt angry, hurt. Who can explain her that therapist or efforts don't mean we stop feeling or reacting or become inhuman. 

She behaved so insensitively as usual . I cried so much, pushed her, felt soo angry, felt so reactive and now I came out and am so numb.

Last yr same time she got a similar fit, and my narcissist parents have taken no action about their behaviour. 

It was my birthday yesterday and I had a great low key time just like I wanted and in the morning only I was thinking I feel much better. But just one comment of mine, her insensitive reaction and things snow balled. My brother is so naive and immature despite being 24 he himself doesn't realize what he says and gas lame excuses for it. My mom started saying randomnest of things.
I'm not even suicidal at this moment, just numb n alone n direction less.

Frustration

I made a Twitter account for a second time so that I could experience having friends online. What was I thinking? I don't have a high percentage of socializing skills. I don't make long-term friends. It's my 4th day on the account, the "friends" that talked to me on the first day are starting to disappear like old times. I think it is destined for me to be alone. I can't make my irl friends stay and I also can't make any online friends to stay. I'm hopeless

Confusion

I read somewhere "learn to miss someone without wanting them back". I feel this now. I miss them but I don't want them even when they are the only wish I had. I just don't want you. I am sorry. You never had the courage to accept me.. may be you are much better than ma. But that wanting wish has died in me. Ab tum wapis aa bhi jao to kya fayda.
