I've been gaining a lot of weight in the past five months. I want to reduce all the extra fat I've gained. Another thing is acne!!! Gosh I hate them. I never find the motivation to start working out. Is it just me or does anyone else go thru the same thing???

Me and my love are of differnt releigions , we dont hsve caste or religion felings but pur parents ll nevrr agree of our marriage . He is very stressed about future and thinks to end up sometimes ..what can i tell him to make him stay and cool him down...i am already attached we dont have future but i want to be happy with him till we are together...
