I think the most problematic issue for anyone in a job would be its work environment because it can really take a psychological toll on a person no matter how much your income may be. People with mob mentality, grouping together and plotting against coworkers, making sure they dont go higher, petty politics, its too much and its such scary thing to go through.

Totally agree here. It’s what we mentally feel and relate that matters, everything else can be handled.
