I think I’m very insecure and jealous about my girlfriend and i don’t know why… She’s the most loyal and genuine person but yet i feel jealous when she’s happy or goes out with friends, i feel insecure of her being happy without me, i feel like she should give me all her attention all the while… I feel very jealous if she’s doing better in things than me… I feel jealous if she appreciates someone… I feel insecure about her being financially better than me and more mature and well settled than me. Because of thiss everyday I’m disturbed all the tike and not able to be fine and concentrate on my work. I don’t want to feel like this. I don’t know why this is happening. I trust her the most, but all of a sudden i have started to over thinking everything about her. I genuinely want to do better. Please help me out.
Work on your self esteem and dont accuse her for things that she is not doing…I think you love her which is nice:)

Try to think of her success as yours as well. Both of you need to compliment each other. Just like how we get involved and share our failures, our success should also be celebrated together. You are a big part of her life. And I’m sure that has something to do with her being happy and successful.

Do you really like her? Because relationship is about supporting each other. If she is dating you then she definitely see something good in you. See that yourself and stop being jealous.
