I've been in toxic friendships and attachments lately 
I did so much for them yet they always made me feel like I was never good enough for them, never capable as a person 
They used me for their narcissistic behaviours  
They left me empty and wondering who I was, I lost myself 
Before being involved with these people I was confident in my skin, and knew my worth.
Today most of the wounds are healed yet I am struggling with self-worth and self-image it's tough for me to look at myself in the mirror. 
I'm feeling bad for myself and sorry. 
The wounds are too deep, it's more than a year that I am healing. 
I'd be grateful if someone could offer some advice on building self-esteem again

Conflict

I just woke up. Determine to finish my assignment today. However, the result of my past assignment came up which ruin the whole mood. I have no motivation to start but my heart is also anxious. I try to start but I can't.

I dont know what to do anymore. Is this karma for lying ? But why say you're leaving when I need you most. I've been crying all day. You say you love her, but you say you care about me. Is it a lie when you say you have feelings for me ? I feel so selfish, I feel like I'm holding you hostage. After a while, it seems like you dont care anymore. You're seeing her and me at the same time. But you guys seem more in love, and close. So I guess I should leave you alone. But how should I get you off my mind ? I cant say this directly to you. It will only make things worse. You asked me not to end things this morning. I didn't, I should've. But I would have been way more of a mess then I am now. Im so happy with you, yet you're so oblivious. I would drop everything to be with you. But it seems like you're using me for entertainment.

My family isn't my home. They are the reason why I don't know myself. They command me, tell me I am lazy for not doing what they want me to do, and tell me no one will want me for being like this. Not knowing when they were the one who made me like this in the first place. 

Family

Today, I was told to talk about the person whom I admire the most and why. I didn't know whom i admire so that i created a fake friend and said that her life is beautiful even with all the hardships and they way she presents herself with the people around is admiring. After I have done talking, I realised that I was talking about me.

Maybe I'm not ready to accept that I admire myself. How to deal with this. It's good to listen as a story of someone else but accepting that my life is going in a good path after a long time SCARES THE SHIT OUT OF ME😓
