I started preparing for competitive exams last year since then im so much stressed out that i just ignored my friends cut ties with them im irritated all the time i dont like spending time with family i overthink i just think maybe i wont accomplish what they want me to do that is really stressing me out.

Hey buddy I also prepared for upsc for 4 years. Although I didnโt qualified it now I m taking break for few years as I need to work on my financial stability but trust me I can understand ur situation. And we all goes through that . Itโs just starting later u will Get use to it and once u started liking journey u wonโt feel the same way u r feeling now. And also donโt put ur self under too much pressure. Go for outing once or twice in a month. Treat ur self pamper ur self then u wonโt feel like this . Trust me this is one of beautiful thing one can do for brain development. U r making ur self aware and unique through this prepration. All the best

Dude donโt be sad u can connect with them again . U can make new friends. And lastly to be happy u donโt need any one. People come n go. If u donโt have any one then u should go out alone . With ur mobile camera . Go on solo trip not for long duration like go out for a day , have lunch dinner outside only with ur self ,watch a movie alone treat ur self pamper ur self u will start feeling extrovert again and eventually in this process u will make new friends.
