I sometimes feel very lazy to continue with exercising. Post exercise feel is really good, but I do not feel like getting up from my bed and going to the park or gym to work out.

Hey, laziness is not at all good for all of us. Our health is more important than we think. It feels really good after workout. Exercise regularly. Stay positive.
