Should I cut myself????☺️☺️

Anxiety

And this is what she said,
“I have been tied up for way to long, so I forgot how to cut myself free".... 

For the first time in years.. I want to self harm that bad. I don't want one cut or two. I want to cuts all over my body. I feel like I deserve it and I don't need to pity myself to not do it. I don't know what's wrong or right anymore. People say "trust your gut" but then ask me "what's wrong with you". Everything is wrong! I'm useless and I can't even deny it or lie to myself anymore

I wanna mhrder myself in the most brutal way imaginable. i want to carve anhole in mystomach and pull out my ibtestines bake them and eat them and hang myself with them. i wantto my nails to dig into my skin do deep they come in contact with my internal organs. I wanna kill myslef I WANT to feel my bones being crushed to the ground I want this all to end i want to kIll myself. I want to slowly burn myself from toenail to the last hair of mineI HATE NYSELF I RUIN EVERYTHING I HOPE I STOP BURDERNING EVERYONE FOR ONCEMLET ME GO LET ME GO IM so tired I want to cut my skin again I dont hsve my balde tberes no raxor theres no anything  Im a burden to everyone EVERYONE VEVEYRONE EVRYWORB im gonna I hate it it it it it it it it it------------I want to gauge ny eyes out i want to bleed
