3am Thoughts

Remember, it’s the heart that drives people so it can grow as strong as you need it to. 

I had this presentation on one of my subjects and I always have been afraid in talking in front of people even just virtually or even my camera and their's are off. My voice was shaking and my teacher was just so kind that he cheered me on. But instead of being confident, my voice cracked more cause I almost burst into tears. Not everyone is willing to understand how difficult it is for someone like me to talk. It's nerve-racking and I know some of you are like me. Kudos to us, I love you all for being courageous every single day.

Compassion

I'm sooooooo tired but I still have to brush my teeth, write journal, wash my face, oil my hair, and express gratitude. 
But. Just. So. Tired.

I don't know I have this sudden urge of contacting my ex.. My sixth sense is saying he is in pain or not doing well in life.. what shall I do? Shall I contact him. I am confused.. it's been 4 months, we haven't been in contact.

I’m feelings very terrible, my classmates are not supportive and I feel as if I have no prior knowledge of any subject. I want to study well but always the question arises from where I should start. Im homesick and want to vent my feelings out but I somewhere feel everyone has their own problems and I’m burden to everyone. My roommate is very boastful. He tries to show that he knows everything and makes me feel bad about my poor knowledge about the subjects. How should I deal with it? What should I do to maintain my own sanity to stay calm ? And focus on myself ?
