Since these small things are having an effect doesn't that mean that mental health is low?

Seeing how they are not able to share the problems at home and also how these things are a problem, i can say that we used to get beat up by teachers you have it easy but generations change, their mind are being affected..
Just coz they have it easy you can't say it's not mental health issue and just their thinking coz that's what mental health is i think, not able to think straight, and overthinking and getting depressed by it.

3am Thoughts

I feel like my boyfriend doesn’t understand the things I go through. He threatens to leave me if I self harm.. Is he wrong for that? In my opinion I feel like he is because he said he’d be here for me no matter what.. but now it’s like I’m walking on egg shells in my bad days because if I lose him I feel like I have no one left. Nothing is right. Life completely sucks you know. I've got toxic parents, fame friends amd a relationship which almost exists just from my side. Im so stuck. I've got migraine and anxiety issues. Okaii.... I've been fighting through my depression all myself.  Feels like I've got so much to do but dont have the energy to. Im so so tired. I fight myself everyday but feels like im still stuck in the same place. Literally drowning.....

I like someone I can't have...that is fucking me up...but I can't even straight away ignore them forever because it might hurt them since we are friends...and I also can't bare to distance myself...moreover I have no close friends I can rely on...the ones I have doesn't feel very close now...they r nice but it's like I can't trust them anymore...because I can feel that I don't matter as much for them as they do for me...I'm always depressed and I don't even like spending time with my family which makes me feel guilty..but I have no control over it...I feel like there's no place where I don't feel out of place..a place where I can feel at peace..
