I saw my exβs story today he seems happy with his friends joking travelling he looked soo handsome there so happy. I always wanted him to be that with me but unfortunately we had to break up. But its heartbreaking to see him that content without meβ¦ cant bear this anymoree

Yes but it was mutual from both sides then qe agreed to be frnds then talked a bit during those days randomly but then after few days we were in no contact this is about 2 years ago on instagram i made a post then he unfollowed me now just few days ago he sent a connection req idk whats happening i see him happy there although its good but i feel his absence sometimes

Itβs a bittersweet feeling seeing an ex partner in a happy space and not being a part of it anymore. Of course itβll sting to some extent even when youβve moved on and in a happy space yourself. However, if you are still in the process of moving on, itβs advisable to not engage with whatβs happening in their life for a while. Hope this helps.

I feel he was perfect even though heβs not my brain perceives him like that sometimes it affects me
