I recovered from covid and my self isolation routine that I followed helped others as well…
hope this would help more people here!!
The Self Isolation phase was pretty easy for me as I had great friends. Here comes my routine.
7 AM - A glass of hot lemon water.
Boil the lemon with skin in water, add a pinch of salt to it.
8 AM - Cup of hot tea
9 AM - Breakfast with tablets
9.30 AM - 1 PM Good sleep😴
1.30 PM - Lunch + Tablets
2 PM - 5 PM Sleep again 😴
5.30 PM - Hot Tea
6 PM to 8PM - Time to relax and watch a good movie
8.30 PM - Dinner + Tablets
9 PM Sleep again
In the mid time, its compulsory to drink 4 litres of water(with glucose/ORS if you feel dehydrated) + 3 fruit juice(anytime you feel like).
The house should be cleaned every day and only one person should take the responsibility to take care of the COVID 19 patient. Just a mask is enough for the person who take care.
