I recently had tooth implant and tooth extraction on the same day.
It was damnnn painful.
Couldn't workout for 10 days and gained 4 kgs.
But your fat can be shredded anytime.
As It is worth it for the perfect smile:)

3am Thoughts

Hi! This is just a general reminder post one could say. 2 years back, I proudly used to claim that love isn't a thing for me, like it would never happen to me because it never did. But then I met the one. I didn't realise i was falling until he decided to just cut me off. We knew we liked each other but 'love' was yet to be discovered. But he didn't even give me the time to realise, to tell him how much i was in love with him. I really don't like saying this but unfortunately he was my 1st love, like genuineee!! It really took me a lot to come out of that pit. I would just cry thinking what went wrong for days but not let anyone know that i was this miserable. My bestie helped me a lot through her 'free-theropy'. But nothing seemed to work for me, a part of me would still have hopes of us getting back, until i decided to stop! He moved on, he found a new girl just a week after we stopped talking, he never tried to make things work then why should i keep a single thread of hope towards him? He didn't deserve me! Forget about him, I deserve the best i would say, and he was a trash. No, i don't hold grudge against him, it's just he didn't even deserve me to throw him a smile on and i wasted almost a year crying over that person! 
I have healed. I smile a lot these days and I am happy. That's all what matters ig, no?✨

my father my my family in general are very much you do as i say if not bad things happen. i could barely even go across the street to my neighbors house sometimes, so i started creating bad habits like sneaking around and stuff like that. but recently i got caught doing things i wasnt supposed to be doing and it was like my world broke, my father couldnt even look my in the eye it was as if ive never seen the man standing right in front of me. ever sense then ive gotten everything taken, like social life that i never even had in the first place, sports, relationships, and they are close to taking work away and ill ill be doing is school. being hurt and everything physically and mentally just wore my out and its been going on for so long. i was close to running away yesterday night, i wrote a note and i was going to leave in the middle of the night. but i couldnt face the grief it would put my mom and siblings through not knowing if im okay. and idk if i could face them if i ever decided to come back after. the relationship my dad and i had before i started growing up was great a little girls dream but now its just like nothing i do is good enough for him and will never be enough. i want things to go back to the way they were but i dont think it ever could be. am i wrong for wanting to run away?

In general, I am a pretty confident person in all aspects of my life and I am very optimistic since I feel I have some sort of control over them and I can maneuver whenever needed.
I have been single since I graduated which is almost 6 years now. I have trust issues and sometimes it gets difficult for me to take someone on their face value and I don’t like to judge people because then all I would see are their flaws, I try to better myself by each day. That is why I feel there is no way possible I’d be able to let go of myself onto someone else. The only guy I trusted completely was my brother and I had entrusted my future to him. Unfortunately, we don’t see eye to eye and I despise him as a human being, and now It is very difficult for me to equate myself with a guy anymore.
So, I became this very confident, self sufficient and content woman who doesn’t need anybody.
Until this random guy likes one of my pictures on social media and starts following me there. Thinking that I might be knowing him through mutual friends I followed back. We chatted a few times but since I had a project going on, it started out as a half hearted conversation. but he was very kind, understood that I was an overthinker, talked to me the way I would be comfortable. We realised that we lived very near to each other but still we couldn’t meet because of my work schedule, but he was very patient in that way. At that time his work was not at it’s peak courtesy covid-19. But we did end up meeting one day late at night, I was very hesitant in expressing my emotions during the chats, so I decided to smoke some joints before meeting him only because I knew my feelings would be on minimal since I had started liking him. He was talkative, I liked that and he was funny, he was calm and very honest.
The next day, he texted me saying that he liked me very very much. It was a good time really, I loved this experience. I used to have flings with foreigners before this guy and I was very confident and fine with them because they didn’t know much about me and my privacy used to be still intact.
Then came his projects and he would simply forget me for hours/days on end. It bothered because I couldn’t hide my feelings no longer.
So, I was the first one to say that this won’t work and we should stop talking to each other.

Guys, this is a very long story.
