Sometimes itโ€™s a change in the weather, and when this is orbited with negative thoughts or experiences then it can be eeally bad and possibly lead to an incurable headache. Best solution here is to literally fo to sleep on it and blank out your mind. Works for me everything.

In any case in such situations any sort of pills and over the counter medication that you can pop is a strict no no as it could be the start of an addiction without you realizing. Drinking lots of water also helps. Also avoid caffeine in all forms especially. Energy drinks

This is the shittiest reality people canโ€™t see and understand

Itโ€™s heard many a times
That people who are depressed may feel a constant pressure just while being alive or breathing or doing the other daily chores due to the gut crumbling feeling of being useless or worse

IT is most commonly see that when asleep some feel unconscious and warm and afloat from all this

IT can be death or life itself
So when they wake up its the instant influx of all those feelings that they should never feel (Noone ever should)

Itโ€™s not by choice that they feel like this in the early morning. U really need to know about the psychological aspects and traumas. Itโ€™s not something which they purposely do. Itโ€™s not under their control to feel that way. And it needs a lot of time and will power to heal from it.

Itโ€™s not under their control in depression bro. Only when they get support or in the healing journey they realize and then it will be by their choice . Like itโ€™s not some random sadness
