Sharing Our Innermost Thoughts

I met her at my btech. She was my classmate. We were good friends. I was in another relationship which was kind of toxic which she didn’t know. Shee was also with another boy but had issues. I used to admire how she used to try to work things, the importance she gives for relationships, and respect for her bf which I didn’t have in my relationship. I felt jealous of her bf but didn’t tell her because she was already in a relationship. I broke my relationship and I was depressed. After some her relationship also broke due to issues. We continued to be friends for a long time. We know we liked each other. It was the end of college I opened up and proposed to her, she told me she wanted some time and I was hurt very badly but she wanted time to make sure that everything in the past has ended and started a new life with me. Now we are together, happy with our lives and regretted a single day for breaking with our ex.
