I made a home on shifting sands,
A wave carried it away,
I made a home on the highest branch,
The storm wouldn’t let it stay,
I made a home in a little room,
But soon the room was bare,
I made a home in a heart I found,
One day the heart wasn’t there,
So I sat with my friend,
A wise little snail,
And asked what I should do,
He tapped his shell,
Said it’s where I dwell,
Just carry your home with you.
