I m thinking about my past mistakes regrets guilt.I can’t concentrate.
Mistakes were made for you to be stronger. It isn’t a reminder that you’re an awful person, but an example that you can make yourself better. Regret is a bit harsher but since the past is already done, why not focus on the future instead? I know it takes time for scars to heal, but they still fade away.

I also made mistakes from the past that makes me crawl even to this day. Wallowing about your mistakes in the past won’t make a change. Thinking about how to change and be better will make a difference. Everytime I’m reminded of my mistakes I redirect my thoughts to how I’m not that person anymore and how I won’t make the same mistake twice. That way I can get things off my chest. Cheer up 💗
