I like 2 guys they both are very sweet...but I am confused. Both of them proposed to me...I have put both on hold for a while...idk how to make a choice. I have been talking to both of then from past 5 months.  And Going out n all. What should I do?

Just imagine 2 of them asked you to meet in 10 mins and you absolutely have to pick one,who would he be? Might sound absurd but it will actually help to figure out your situation. 

Well, there might be some things that you really hate and some you really love. Use those as parameters to decide.
Or list the faults of both of them and decide how willing you are to accept them with their faults and who will you accept.

5 months?! Dont do it 🥲 
Isnt that too soon? Keep them on hold. 
Get to know each other. You are still in that honeymoon stage.
Plus if you cant chose between them both is because none of them are the ONE yet.

How to overcome negative thoughts? Fr example Its so difficult.. if a baby is sick then i feel like baby vl die or if i ride a bike i feel i vl get into accident i mean fr every step i take i get a negative thought instantly pop up in my mind against dt.. how to overcome this

Dreams

I just found out that I’ll be moving out earlier than I expected, which is exciting, but that won’t happen for another 8 or so months. I’ve been very stressed out lately to the point where it’s physically having effects on me to the point where I got so freaked out that I took an emergency trip to the walk-in clinic. My stepmom has been yelling about every little thing for the past month. For example, I forgot to empty the lint rack in my dryer and she started screeching at me as if I were to accidentally drop her phone in the toilet (something I’ve never done but my youngest brother did.) I’m feeling pressured about grades and homework because I don’t have time at home to do it unless if it’s at midnight. There have been so many nights when I didn’t get to go to bed until almost 4 in the morning, and I have to get up at 6 for school on the weekdays. It’s hard to deal with the stress and I’m scared to talk about it bc I’ve been told so many times BY MY PARENTS that how I feel is crap and that it doesn’t matter. So I’m expected to keep my mouth shut and not say anything. And then when I had finally had enough and needed to say something, which is once every couple years, it causes a huge fight and I’m shamed into giving in my two cents respectfully, bc I am allowed to have an opinion too and voice it, to the point where I will go days without talking to anyone and surviving off of water and a bite of whatever here and there. I know that I was never planned, but why make my life miserable? I do nothing but try to help other people. Idk anymore tbh

I'm a very emotional person. I feel things intensely. Sometimes it turns normal things into extraordinary things and when I react to them then I realise I've been too emotional. 
How can I tone my emotional nature down? 
I want to be a healthy emotional person. Not an extreme one. Can someone please share tips?
