I know I procrastinate and I know I behave very lazy, that fact that I get work done before it’s due time is the reason I tend to procrastinate more and more… How do I make myself disciplined permanently ? I act disciplined and organized for few days but then everything is back to square one… please give some suggestions.

procrastination is basically avoidance, it’s much deeper than just being lazy, you procrastinate when you are stressed of doing something so you avoid doing it for as long as you can. Instead, try and find a reason, the reason why you started in the first place or a goal for the future. cause when you recall it, you automatically would feel guilty about procrastinating.

Hey hey, calm down friend. U are doing perfectly fine! Procrastination is absolutely fine as long as u are able to get ur work done before time.
The more u think of it as a weakness,the more demotivated ull be. And then trying to fix it, the more u will fall and the more ull be dissapoimted.
So just accept it and say its okay. Say it is a part of me and then bring in small changes in ur habbit. So u wont be pressurised to perform well. Because people cannot function well under pressure thus leading to dissapointment.
Start with small changes accepting that its ok to procrastinate. Just dont pressurise urself unnecessarily. All the best😊
