My condolences for your mother’s loss. Just have good memories or your mother all the time and take care of your father. You will do good. It takes some time to come out of this. Stay connected with family members and do volunteer work to keep yourself engaged and less anxious. Read this book, why bad things happened to good people by Kushner, this books gives a perspective on grief.
