I just over-ate so much food. 2 extra bowls of rice and daal. 2 scoops ice-cream. Chicken breast. All this for dinner. I was full and not even hungry but I just felt like stuffing myself. Idk why i do this?

I can relate to this on a very personal level. It happens to me as well. Then it leads to purging as well…

You could be doing this for a variety of reasons. You’re definitely not alone, in fact bing eating is one of the most common eating disorders. So common that most people don’t realise its an eating disorder. What I can suggest is, that you read up about it, watch material online about people who’ve overcome this journey, and I hope that that helps you! Sending you lots of love.

Try and introspect which behaviour led you to these things. Could be a result of excessive dieting or any form of stress. But it happens to the best of us doesn’t matter what the reason is. If you still have recurring episodes, talk to a professional and there’s no shame in seeking help. Kudos to you for sharing your story! :)

That happens with all of us, doesn’t it? Just try to eat more consciously and divide your portions

Drink atleast a glass of water before eating, it’ll reduce your portion size

Just don’t blame yourself right now. We do that sometimes. As long as it is not too consistent, do not fret. Take baby steps.
