Same … sick of pretending I’m ok. It physically hurts at this time.
But i think time heals all the things .

You don’t have to be so cruel with yourself. It’s okay not to be okay. You dont always need to look not vulnerable coz definitely we are.
Acknowledge your weakness. That is totally fine. Be tired that’s okay that is totally understandable. We are limited and so it is okay not to be okay. Do not wonder when will you be okay instead be positive and think that the day will surely come for you. Days are not the same…never constant…day by day there are different things happening. Thus whatever situation you are into right now will surely come to pass. Cheer up buddy!

whenever i am at my low i try to tell myself…
ITS DARKEST BEFORE THE DAWN
So just keep thinking thats its a low because a high point is coming in your life real soon.
