I haven’t gone to the hospital alone yet. I have made the appointment for tomorrow because i have an irregular period and have lower abdominal pain. My mom was supposed to go with me but she had to go somewhere else tomorrow so she said she can’t go with me. I’m so scared right now 😭😭
Don’t be scared i too suffer from pcos n in clg time i had to visit the gynae alone
The doc will ask you normal questions n will check you height weight if needed n nothing much you’ll get it
The problem is i don’t know what to say when i am nervous. 😭 and how are you doing now.
See just tell the doc abt irregular periods like the frequency of them whether they come in a gap of 2-3 months n abt the pain n if you’ve noticed weight gain in last few months
Pcos doesn’t have a permanent cure it can just be balanced by improving life style

N don’t be afraid kiddo you’ll do it n at most the doc may ask you to get scanned to verify is it pcos or not
Ohh then it’s prolly pcos kiddo don’t start exercising for 30 mins a day n add more protein to your meals

Don’t stress out ik pcos makes you go crazy with mood swings specially happens with me as well i hope you don’t suffer through it just try maintaining good habits like having a fixed sleep schedule eating enough protein exercising 3-4 times a week nothing more
