I have very bad anxiety wen i have a test or a exam and i dont know what i can do about it and what i can change to make it better has anyone tips for me so i can change for the better

Hey! Whenever uh have a test or exam, uh feel anxiety as there are a lots of things in ur mind as in how would i do? Will i get the expected result? Will i get disappointed? Whereas u should try to think about how much hard work u have done, have trust in urself and not worry about result as you have worked hard and you will get it. So All the best for ur future exams.😊
