I have this insane Idea about somehow becoming like a detective. Growing up I’ve never had much interest in anything but one thing I love more then anything is investigating small thing’s, I think over time I’ve become quite good at it because I’ve read many books on it, although I hate reading with a passion those kind of books I love. My biggest fear is that I won’t be able to do it, I wouldn’t see a point in living after that, but I’ll work hard to achieve it and maybe one day it will be a reality. But I need to read a lot more books before I can do that.

It’s good that you are liking it so much and you are trying to get deep into it. I believe you should go ahead with it and not think much about the money factor. According to my knowledge, it’s a pretty good and stable job and every 2 people don’t go into this field which makes it kind of a unique job to go ahead with it.
Without trying we can’t really know how good we are at it or is this really for us or not. And if you already have read some books, go ahead with reading more so that when you are there for the interview/tests, you have an edge over others.
