I have starting journaling. Very hard to maintain a habit. Its like one step forward, three backward but i have hopes and it feels good sometimes.

Ive done it before as well. Its a process of starting and stopping. Its a natural thing for your brain to resist anything that is new. It preceives it as a threat. The key i think is self discipline and not motivation. I am not expecting myself to showup everyday because i know my pattern. I show up regardless.
