I have started to concentrate on my mental and physical health. I started hitting gym as my weight increased drastically due to stress eating. Well it feels good to workout but onething bothers me. A leg day is not what I like. Cardio is still good. Any gym goers who feel the same??
Work on consistency rest will be aligned with you aims and goals.
Do more of what you hate, because what you hate is comfortable and that’s where growth comes from.
