Hey! I’ve had scalp psoriasis since 7 years now! And I can TOTALLY feel you right now.

You should talk to your family about this as they can be of some support and you can go for some medication as it will be of help at least to some extent.

I can understand how you feel about your life but trust me, it all gets better 🌻

There will be days when the flakes are hardly visible and there will be days when you’re just not able to hide them. But time heals everything!

There will be one day when you won’t give a damn about it and own that fact like a boss ❤

Just love yourself enough and trust the process! You’re beautiful no matter what honey

Tbh I stopped taking my medication seriously since 2 years now and I feel I’m more at peace when I’m just happy and content instead of worrying about it. Reducing stress can really affect psoriasis and I think if you’re feeling content from inside, it will be of help :)
