I have pcod so i gain lots of weight past few yearā¦i m trying to stay healthy but I canātā¦i dont eat fast foods and all thatās food i m controlling but when its come to working out i fail i work 9 hours a day then i came Home tired i donāt have any energy to workout then i feel so shity for not working out thatās the Circle i trap into not have enough energy to workout and feeling guilty the whole day

Umm i knw after long hours workout or gym is hard I think you should try yoga then bcoz ita relaxing and good for body too and will release body tension

Start loving your bodyā¦No matter what standards people have kept or society expects do not fall for itā¦You have one life and start loving yourself and your bodyā¦Donāt diet/gym/do anyother excercise to fit yourself in a box rather do it because you love doing itā¦If do not like traditional methods try going for zumba/dance classes where you will enjoy working outā¦Most of all if you are not able to do it donāt beat yourself up or get demotivatedā¦Love yourself be self obsessed dont bother with anyones opinionā¦Girl you are absolutely awesome and flawlessā¦You body doesnāt define your beauty your mind doesā¦So focus on what makes you happy and do thatā¦Love yourself and do things that makes you happyā¦Keep small targets for yourself that by fulfilling you would feel more motivatedā¦Like if you want to walk then atleast i would walk 10 steps today which is doable and you would feel happy about itā¦So no matter what i am proud of you and i know you are prettiest girl not defined by your outer appearance but what you are inside as a personā¦Stay happy and be kind to yourselfā¦ā„ļøā„ļøā„ļøā„ļø
