I have never been in a relationship or a close friend to a woman in my life. I feel that’s the reason why I can’t communicate properly with my lady colleagues. I always get nervous around them thinking that they’ll judge me. What should I do?

I’m not fully certain about how it feels,but I do know a bit about how communication with opposite genders can be hard. I’m too like that in my class,but obviously being at a higher level is different. But it’s alright,just because you can’t talk to lady colleagues,it shouldn’t bring your trust in yourself down or make you feel bad. You might’ve not been used to it before,but it’s never too late to try. You’ll find a way out of this too!!
